The Tolkien Mailing Competition took place for the 16th time in this academic year, and it was international for the 9th time. We had 43 registered participants from 18 countries: Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Peru, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA. This year the results of the creative sub-competition were very much like the whole combined results: the first six places are the same, and other participants have not submitted more than one round of creative works, so there is no point of announcing the winners separately.
