Sziasztok!
Szeretnénk jobban megérteni, átlátni, hogy ti, az MTT tagjai, támogatói, közreműködői, szervezői, és általánosságban, “emtétések” hogyan látjátok a Társaságot.
Ezért a következő, nagyjából egy hónap során több felméréssel keresünk majd titeket. Ezek elsősorban kérdőívek lesznek, de aki nyitott hosszabb, személyes beszélgetésekre is, azzal szívesen leülünk egy kávé vagy sör mellé, hogy átbeszéljük a tapasztalatait. Szeretnénk megismerni, hogy mit szerettek az MTT-ben, mit hiányoltok, mi működik jól és mi rosszul, hogy milyen értékeket láttok más civil szervezetekben.
Február-márciusban leülünk, átgondoljuk a válaszaitokat, elemezzük a személyes beszélgetéseket, és kitaláljuk, hogy a benyomásaitok, igényeitek alapján milyen változásokra lehet szükség szervezeti szinten, hogy a 2022 tavaszi Közgyűlésre időben előkészülhessünk.

Az Elnökség második videójának szövege (2021. november 3.):
Sziasztok!
Régóta beszélgettünk különböző körökben arról, hogy rengeteg tudásanyagunk van, együtt, mint MTT, és ezt a tudást át kéne adnunk egymásnak. Ennek most az Elnökség új lendületet akar adni, és ősszel elkezdjük a szervezői képzéseket.
A képzésnek két célja van számunkra - egyrészt meg akarjuk osztani a tudást, másrészt szeretnénk, ha a jövőben bátrabban vállalnátok szervezői, sőt, főszervezői pozíciókat is. Mind a saját tapasztalatunkkal, mind elnökségi lehetőségeinkkel szívesen segítünk, hogy belevághassatok ebbe a kihívásba. Számos téma-ötletünk van már, ezeket szeretnénk veletek, tagokkal, szervezőkkel, önkéntesekkel átbeszélni, felmérni, hogy ezek közül most melyek a legérdekesebbek nektek.
Elsőként novemberre tervezünk egy képzési alkalmat, ami nem feltétlenül lesz ottalvós, de egész napos, intenzív programmal készülünk, helyben étkezéssel, a végén egy kis lazítással. A teljesség igénye nélkül néhány lehetséges téma: pénzügy és költségvetés, kommunikáció és hirdetések, dekor és jelmez, online rendezvények, konfliktuskezelés, igényfelmérések.

És miközben az Elnökség a különböző képzéseket szervezi nektek, elindul az MTT 20. Születésnapjának szervezése, amit 2022 nyarán tervezünk megtartani tudományos előadásokkal, külföldi vendégekkel, régi és új tagokkal, régi és új értékekkel, kiállításokkal, nosztalgiával, tábortűzzel és tánccal.
A májusban megválasztott Elnökség a Facebookon videósorozatot indított, hogy a legfontosabb újítások, üzenetek minél egyszerűbben elérhetőek legyenek a Társaság közösségének. A videók szövegét itt tesszük elérhetővé, hogy akiknek nincs lehetősége a videókat nézni-hallgatni, azok elolvashassák.

2021. június 12-én, 10 csapat részvételével zajlott a 15. Országos Tolkien Levelező Verseny csapatos döntője a Margitszigeten.
A csapatok 10 állomáson gyűjthettek pontokat, hogy kiderüljön, ki a legjobb!
A Nolda kategória versenyzői az idei évben (a nemzetközi kategóriához hasonlóan) választhatnak, hogy elkészítik-e a kreatív feladatokat is a versenyre. Szerencsére sokaknak van kedve hozzá, íg ma két verset is megoszthatunk veletek Númenor történelméről.
A Dúnadanoknak az első fordulóban hobbitüreget kellett készíteniük. A technika szabadon választható volt, és mi tagadás, a kreativitásukkal lenyűgözték a szervezőket. Jöjjön egy kis ízelítő a munkáikból!
A Noldák a farsang ideje alatt sem voltak restek, "körbejárták" Középdöldét, és összegyűjtötték a népszokásokat. Ebből mutatjuk a legjellegzetesebbeket.
Egy ritkán érintett téma a TLV-k történetében a koronaékszerek, uralkodói jelények. Az alábbi munka Pálfi Botond (Tindómë) tollából származik - az ismert adatok mellett számos új elemet is megmutatva. Akár így is történhetett :)
A Dúnadan és Nolda kategóriák versenyzői az első feladatban családfákat alkottak. Íme a legjobbak!

Április végén zajlott le a XIII. Országos Tolkien Levelező Verseny döntője Budapesten, a Derkovich Gyula Általános Iskolában. A döntőn 12 csapat és 4 egyéni versenyző mérhette össze a tudását. Képes "tudásításunk" a bejegyzés végén!
Gratulálunk valamennyi résztvevőnek, és visszavárunk jövőre is!
Íme, a végeredmények:
Közeledik a 2019-es döntő ideje, április 27-én mérkőznek majd meg a csapatok és a magyar egyéni versenyzők. Mutatjuk, ki hányadik helyről várja a nagy napot.
A Quendi versenyzők egyik első feladta az volt, hogy találjanak egy helyet az otthonuk közelében, ahol 5 középföldei faj is élhetne. Így örökítették meg.
Competitiors of the Quendi category had to take photos of a place, where five races (Man, Hobbit, Elf, Dwarf, Orc) could find their own interest, and how they would see it.
A harmadik fordulóban a Noldáknak feladtuk a leckét: egyenes vonalakkal kellett portrékat rajzolniuk. Szerintünk jól vették az akadályt :)
A hobbitok szeretik a hasukat, ezt mindenki tudja :) De vajon mi a kedvencük? A Dúnadanok és a Noldák Bilbó kercenc reggelijét (az elsőt vagy a másodikat) készítették el. Na, ki lett éhes?

A Dúnadanoknak Tolkieni témájú húsvéti tojásokat gyártottak az 5. fordulóban :)
Négy képet adunk közre, melyet a Noldák készítettek különböző feladatokra.
Április 28-án tizenhat csapat és három egyéni versenyző részvételével megtartottuk a döntőt a Lauder Javne iskola falai között. A versenyzőknek kilenc állomáson kellett megmutatni a tudásukat, valamint pontoztuk a jelmezeket és a középföldei ételeket , amelyeket hoztak (és amelyeket az eredményhirdetésre várva lelkesen el is fogyasztottak).
Gratulálunk a győzteseknek, várunk vissza jövőre mindenkit!
On the 28th April we held the finals in the school Lauder Javne with the participation of 16 teams of students and 3 individual competitors.
Megmutatjuk, kik voltak a legjobbak az öt levelező fordulóban! Szombaton döntő!
A Noldák nagyszerű dalnokok, kik ezúttal ismert veseket és dalokat formáltak a saját képükre. (Szegény Maglor, ha ezt hallaná...)
